(The Design of Everyday Things) 的作者 Norman 說的?!

而 Human-Centered Design 的一個最大的問題, 就是 "Too Much Listening to Users".

i have to say something. activity-centered design is still wrong. how about a brand new activity happened and created new experience? where does this new activity come from? it still comes from people (or you can call them 'users').
it doesn't matter if it's user-centered or activitiy-centered design. it's all about how you see and understand people. people are so different and unique. every moment has a subtle emotion. i'll suggest it's a 'why-centered' design. we have to understand people and understand when they are smart, inspired, happy, sad, and comfortable.

Just as Norman stated that we are not to forget about the user-centeredness, but to look human from a broader view ('activity' is one). In fact they are just different viewpoints, and I think the key is to understand when to use what viewpoints and why. 'why-centered design'? sounds cool.
